Jo is a registered PBS Practitioner providing neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed behaviour support. She brings a broad range of transferable skills to her practice from previous careers and international work experience.
She has experience providing support for those with complex support needs, with a focus on improved quality of life, and reduction then elimination of restrictive practices. A needs-based, person-centred approach ensures that Jo’s participants are at the centre of collaborative support plans which engage the participants' formal and informal support networks.
Jo has two neurodivergent children and identifies as neurodivergent herself. All have very different quirks and characteristics, which provides a wide range of lived experience to draw from.
